Description of problem:
EJB authorization can happen before the EJB's dependencies are properly setup.  

This can lead to the following exception:
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.lang.IllegalStateException: PBOX000075: The property AuthorizationManager is null

Cannot reproduce.
