Description of problem:

QCIOOO installation fails, with missing packages.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Reproduced on QCIOOO 1.1 compose QCIOOO-7-RHEL-7-20160408.t.1.

How reproducible:

100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.) Install QCIOOO from ISO.
2.) See pop-up messages for missing package fusor-undercloud-initial-setup, and unresolved dependencies for:

ruby193-rubygem-fog-1.24.0-1.5.el7.noarch
ruby193-rubygem-fog-core-1.24.0-1.5.el7.noarch
ruby193-rubygem-net-ssh-2.9.2-3.el7.noarch

Actual results:

Failed OOO installation because of missing packages.

Expected results:

No missing packages, successful installation.

I might have misunderstood this, looks like you weren't testing TP3... but instead running some of the pre-released ISOs we've been developing. 

The 1.1 stream is still being developed/updated, not yet ready for consumption.
