The latest version of seqan upstream is 2.0.3 but the package on Fedora 23 is 1.4.2 and is too far behind to be of much use. This needs to be updated asap.
I know but OpenMS still needs seqan-1.4.2 I built temporarily seqan-2.1.0 on Copr: http://copr-fe.cloud.fedoraproject.org/coprs/sagitter/seqan/
Thank you. I was not aware of openms, but I also note now that that it does not have a dependency on seqan.
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 25 development cycle. Changing version to '25'.
This message is a reminder that Fedora 25 is nearing its end of life. Approximately 4 (four) weeks from now Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 25.
