Description of problem:
satellite-sync fails with "TypeError: can't multiply sequence by non-int of type 'str'"

How reproducible:
always when satellite-sync hits IntegrityError


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run satellite-sync again and again until you hit IntegrityError
