Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): emacs-25.0.93-1.fc24.x86_64 gtk3-3.20.3-1.fc24.x86_64 Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start emacs. Expected results: A regularly sized window appears. Additional info: This does not happen in Fedora 23 with the same version of emacs.
Upstream has a fix here: http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/commit/?id=afc9e6542aa6f2d0d7986db3d8c2cb654e107443 I don't know if that is included in our build of 25.0.93
