Description of problem:
System is crashing immediately on boot on intel braswell systems (N3050 in this specific case). After grub, the screen will go blank right before the entire system freezes.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 23, 24 alpha/beta, kernel version =>4.2 won't boot on braswell systems.

How reproducible:
Boot fedora 23 (kernel version must be >4.2) or fedora 24 alpha/beta.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot system
2. System will crash on boot

Actual results:
Crashed system, no interaction possible, blank screen.

Expected results:
Normal boot of system.

Additional info:
Disabling C-States can "help" sometimes.

Booting with "nomodeset i915.modeset=0" actually works, but only with a resolution of 800x600.
