I am seeing this on RH 7.2 as well, this is using latest rhs console repo

[ubuntu@magna093 ~]$ rpm -qa | grep ceph-ansible
ceph-ansible-1.0.5-7.el7scon.noarch

TASK: [ceph-mon | collect admin and bootstrap keys] ***************************
<magna093.ceph.redhat.com> ESTABLISH CONNECTION FOR USER: ubuntu
<magna094.ceph.redhat.com> ESTABLISH CONNECTION FOR USER: ubuntu
<magna093.ceph.redhat.com> REMOTE_MODULE command ceph-create-keys --cluster ceph --id magna093
<magna094.ceph.redhat.com> REMOTE_MODULE command ceph-create-keys --cluster ceph --id magna094

the mon's in 7.2 are started and don't seem to be an issue, but on one node magna093, i see the system service for both magna093/magna094 which looks weird

[ubuntu@magna093 ~]$ sudo systemctl list-units | grep ceph
ceph-create-keys loaded active running Ceph cluster key creator task

ceph-mon loaded active running Ceph cluster monitor daemon
● ceph-mon loaded failed failed Ceph cluster monitor daemon

[ubuntu@magna093 ~]$ sudo systemctl status ceph-mon

@vasu, this looks like a different issue. If you are able to replicate this on a new set of machines feel free to open a separate BZ (current one was for Ubuntu, not RHEL).
