Garbled elements i18n names

Description of problem:
If business process contains some elements with localized names it's names will be garbled in Simulation tab. See attachment.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3.0.CR2

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create business process: Start -> Manual Task -> End
2. Set localized names, for example: Начало -> Ручная работа -> Конец
3. Start simulation
4. Go to timeline view in Simulation tab

Actual results:
All i18n names will be garbled.

Expected results:
All i18n names will be in correct state.
