Simulation summary

Description of problem:
In Process Simulation simulation summary you will see that Start/End date and summary Interval values are not localized. See attachment.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.3.0.CR2

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set any language except English for business central
2. Start process simulation
3. Look at Simulation summary at right bottom corner

Actual results:
Start/end date and summary interval values are not localized.

Expected results:
Simulation Summary is fully localized.

At the screenshot you can see also garbled process name from bug 1332979
