Description of problem:
After logging into the web console I witnessed several users were confused about how to get started with the CLI. It turns out the exact information they were looking for is in the About page but they did not think of visiting that page and fumbled around documentation (which also has no CLI getting started page).

Expected results:
A link to the console about page should be provided in the console home.
