Test Version

Steps:
1. Install ovirt-node-ng-installer-ovirt-4.0-2016062804.iso
2. Open cockpit website hostIP:9090 web page
3. Check the login page

Result:
Web UI theme fit 16:9 screens / background is scaled/stretched correctly

So the bug cannot be reproduced, change the status to VERIFIED.
