The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
Description of problem:
when doing up down, it works but second up fails

not sure if this is exactly the same but can be triggered via creation autoconnectable connection and upping it in a while (novice mode creation and nmcli con up in a while or file creation, reload and up).

This one is also CME 277, so it's a dupe of bug 1334325, and should be fixed in ModemManager-1.6-0.4.20160615git8080be8.el7
