[Regression] Relationships links are missing title attributes

Description of problem: Relationships links are missing title attributes Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.6.0.5 How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Add a provider 2. View provider summary screen 3. Choose relationships accordion on the left Actual results: The relationship links like "Datastore" used to have titles like "Show all managed Datastores". These are missing in 5.6 Expected results: Restore the title attrs Additional info:
