While installing HE from master, hosted-engine --deploy failed and exited.

The Web UI continued showing the waiter image running.
The Web console in the devel tools just said "hosted-engine-setup exited"

Running hosted-engine --deploy in a terminal shows:
# hosted-engine --deploy
***L:ERROR Internal error: No module named netinfo.cache

I think that here the web ui should have reported some meaningful error.

Test version:
rhev-hypervisor7-ng-4.0-20160609.0.x86_64
cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.10.4-0.0.1.el7ev.noarch

Test steps:
1. Install rhev-hypervisor7-ng-4.0-20160609.0.x86_64
2. Start Hosted engine setup through cockpit
3. Input no when been asking "Are you sure you want to continue? (Yes, No)[Yes]: no"
4. Check the error output in cockpit UI.
5. Run #hosted-engine --deploy in terminal and also answer no in the same question.
6. Check the error output in terminal.

Test result:
1. After step4, the cockpit UI shows "Hosted Engine deployment failed: this system is not reliable, please check the issue, fix and redeploy".
2. After step6, the terminal shows "[ ERROR ] Hosted Engine deployment failed: this system is not reliable, please check the issue, fix and redeploy".


Now the cockpit UI shows the same error info as terminal does. So this issue is fixed in rhev-hypervisor7-ng-4.0-20160609.0.x86_64.
