Description of problem:

When VM C&U charts are compared to the C&U charts of parent host or parent cluster,the netowrk IO graphs for parent host/cluster are not displayed.

This issue is seen with RHEV only.

Steps to Reproduce:
------------------
1.Enable C&U collection for a RHEV provider.
2.On the VM summary page,click on the 'Utilization' button
3.In the options box on the utilization page,select 'Parent host' or 'Parent cluster' in the dropdown box.


Actual results:

When VM C&U charts are compared to the C&U charts of parent host or parent cluster,the netowrk IO graphs for parent host/cluster are not displayed.


Expected results:
