Failed to reproduce on master. Dmitry I would like to work with you to reproduce this. I'm available as moolitayer@gitter, mtayer@cm-dev & mtayer@cfme-eng on irc.

What it your irc nic?

Note: for both control and compliance policies there should be an out of the box policy in every new system - that is a new feature. So if you can't see it that is a problem too.
Comment 3 Mooli Tayer 2016-05-16 10:40:09 EDT
After working with Dmitry, I was looking at the wrong place:
The policies are visible in the tree, but not in the table in the right cell.

I just found out about this display now, will provide a fix soon.
