Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.6.0.5-beta2.4.20160503153816_1fb554f How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to Control->Explorer. 2. Open Policies accordion. 3. Pick any Control or Compliance policy. 4. Press search button in policy search field. 5. Try to add a new policy. Actual results: Policy creation dialog is broken. There are no fields, but only buttons "Add" and "Cancel". Expected results: Policy creation dialog works.
