Description of problem:

S2I Java builds can be very slow.  Adding a Nexus repository that stored the required jar files would help speed this process.

Note: you can now provide your own maven mirror url via env variable when using the various s2i maven-based builder images.

@Eric your Comment #8 definitely captures this RFE.  I don't think the original 1124928 does because it suggests that something be built into Satellite.

I'm okay with you marking it a duplicate if we are talking about OpenShift having its' own Nexus (or similiar) repository,
