Title: Implementing a Custom Load Balancing Policy for EJB Calls

What problem/issue/behavior are you having trouble with?  What do you expect to see?

The document below doesn't explain how to configure the DeploymentNodeSelector in jboss-ejb-client.xml.  After check the schema,  I see it should be configured vai "deployment-node-selector" in <client-context>.

Can you improve the documentation to clarify that?  Thanks!

This fix was not applied to 7.0 or 7.x.
