Please update pysvn to the latest version, 1.9.1. I am the upstream maintainer of pysvn, please get in touch if there are any issues I can help with. It depends on pycxx 6.2.8 that I have requested an update for as well. pysvn 1.9.x is the best version to use to support svn 1.9. It contains new client APIs to access svn 1.8 and avn 1.9 new features as well as a number of bug fixes.
I just released 1.9.2 that include a fix for packaging on OS X required by the homebrew packager. There are no other changes from 1.9.1.
Where is the official download site for the latest tarball? http://pysvn.tigris.org/project_downloads.html only lists 1.9.0.
Never mind, I found it: http://pysvn.barrys-emacs.org/source_kits/pysvn-1.9.2.tar.gz
This update is blocked until python-pycxx is updated to 6.2.8.
