Description of problem: Wordpress as packaged only supports apache httpd. This should be using recommends instead so alternative web servers like nginx can be used with the package. If you can include config snippets for nginx etc, that would be even better.
I agree this should be done. But providing nginx config seems (to me) mandatory, to be able to Requires: webserver Requires: php(http) Suggests: httpd Or, better, when allowed Requires: httpd or nginx Requires: php(http)
Done in http://pkgs.fedoraproject.org/cgit/rpms/wordpress.git/commit/?h=master&id=3b6aed19c34d55189c1971b24dcaabae3632f083 I will push it now in F24, and in other branches on next update (don't want to delay more the pending security update)
