Description of problem:
Popover on insight page has no text or text is in transparant color.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.2 BETA
Firefox 46.0.1 on up-to-date Fedora 23

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create host with insight issues (filter out most recent errata)
2. Include insight puppet agent
3. Goto insight page and select host

Actual results:
inreadable popover text

Expected results:
readable popover text

Styling was changed to resolve this issue in latest release.
