Note that there was no user interaction when it happened. I found out it was because of not enough i-nodes. Before 'df -hi' shows 5% of i-nodes used, but that was because it was cleared during weekend. Today it happened again, but now it shows 100% of i-nodes used. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 1335143 ***
