Steps: 
1. Created 3.5 a data center with one host, became the spm
2. Added to the datacenter multiple domains, including iso and export domains
3. Moved the SPM to maintenance
4. Activated the host and, became the SPM 
5. Upgraded cluster to 3.6
6. Upgraded DC to 3.6 while it was up

Upgrade succeeded.
