I saw that python-pyngus was on the list of packages that dont have a python3 package available (http://fedora.portingdb.xyz/pkg/python-pyngus/). However python3-pyngus is available in debian and upstream has test cases for python3.4 so it looks like it is supported. I modified the current spec file in pkgdb for python-pyngus to add a python3 sub-package. At the same time i have done some cleanup of the spec file to use the fedora python packaging guidelines. In addition the source tarball the spec file uses (from pypy) doesn't include a license file or a readme but the upstream release from github does. As such i have edited the source url to use the github release tarball. python3-pyngus depends on python3-qpid-proton which as far as i can tell is currently only in rawhide/fc25 The modified specfile (and diff) is attached.
