Description of problem:
spacewalk-remote-utils does not contain RHEL 6.8 data

# ls /usr/share/rhn/channel-data/6-u8*
ls: /usr/share/rhn/channel-data/6-u8*: No such file or directory

# spacewalk-create-channel  --user=satadmin  --password=password --server=rhns56-5.gsslab.fab.redhat.com --version=6  --update=u8  --release=Server  --arch=x86_64  --destChannel=rhas6-u8-x86-64bit
Error: data file '6-u8-server-x86_64' does not exist
