Doc Text:	Previously, common datastore across multiple vCenter caused inventory confusion for provisions. This was because the storage was linked to multiple ext_management_systems but only got one ems_ref. Automate then used what the ems_ref was set to last. This fix migrates the data from reserved table to host_storages using a unique identifier.
