Description of problem:

Currently, it is not possible to have local storage and shared storage in the same datacenter. Sometimes, the speed of local storage is necessary for some types of workloads, even if the majority of tasks may be on shared storage, or perhaps it is necessary for some workloads to be on local storage while most can live on shared storage.

Please add support for having mixed data centers.
