Description of problem:
There are scriptlet errors when installing tex-fonts-hebrew:

We need to add texlive-texconfig-bin and perl package as dependency. But then I found its actually updmap script which uses perl environment. The script updmap is provided by texlive-tetex-bin package. So, the better place to pull perl package in installation is by adding "Requires: perl" in texlive-tetex-bin package.

  Please report bug against texlive and request that subpackage texlive-tetex-bin should install "perl" package. When you report new bug, please do tell me here. I will start the remaining part of this bug fix in this package.

This package is not on ACL for RHEL7.3 hence can't fix this in RHEL7.3. Proposing for RHEL7.4

AS dependency bug has been not resolved yet and proposed for 7.5.0, should we move this also to 7.5.0?

Please fix first texlive package. Then we will have actual testing for tex-fonts-hebrew.
