Created attachment 1159917 [details] Screenshot of the bug Description of problem: There are missing images "Adding a new Action" dialog when "Tag" option is chosen in "Action Type" dropdown menu. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.6.0.7-beta2.6.20160516171555_b1be31f How reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Navigate to Control->Explorer. 2. Expand Actions accordion. 3. Add a new action. 4. Pick Tag in Action Type field. 5. Expand My Company Tags tree. Actual results: There no images in the tree. Got 404 error for /images/100/ Expected results: Images should be presented.
