Description of problem: I tried to install the gpaste extension but it was complaining about it not being compatible with gnome-shell version (3.20.2). Located the metadata.json file for the extension, and added "3.20" to the list of supported shell versions and after restarting the shell it loaded as expected after enabling it in tweak tool. I also restarted the gpaste deaemon with "gpaste-client daemon-reexec" The rpm version install is, # rpm -qi gnome-shell-extension-gpaste Name : gnome-shell-extension-gpaste Version : 3.18.3 Release : 2.fc24 Architecture: noarch Install Date: Thu 19 May 2016 08:25:32 AM EDT Group : User Interface/Desktops Size : 32964 License : GPLv3+ Signature : RSA/SHA256, Sat 06 Feb 2016 12:34:13 PM EST, Key ID 73bde98381b46521 Source RPM : gpaste-3.18.3-2.fc24.src.rpm Build Date : Wed 03 Feb 2016 09:31:13 PM EST Build Host : arm01-builder19.arm.fedoraproject.org Relocations : (not relocatable) Packager : Fedora Project Vendor : Fedora Project URL : https://github.com/Keruspe/GPaste Summary : GNOME Shell extension for GPaste Description : GPaste is a clipboard management system.

I can confirm that after upgrading to f24, the gpaste extension doesn't work as it state it's not compatible with gnome-shell 3.20.
