Description of problem:
Once Bug 1185830 is fixed, and SPM removal is completed- the Async Task Manager code should be cleared from the code base.

It can be done on ovirt-4.1.0, where 3.6 clusters will no longer be supported.

Async task manager will still be needed in 4.1, moving to 4.2

As far as I know we can't remove that.
