Rest query: openstacknetworkproviders only returns Openstack network providers.

It should return both openstack and external network providers.

We should not mix external provider and openstack provider since they are different object. Nacking this.

We want to get rid of the openstack naming and only leave a external network provider endpoint.

I have verified that GET query on: ../ovirt-engine/api/openstacknetworkproviders returns external network provider.
