Cannot update the password and email address of the user account of an existing lab controller.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the lab controllers page and pick any of the existing lab controllers to edit
2. Type a new password or an email address in the edit box
3. Save the changes

Actual results:

The password and email address have not been updated.

Expected results:

The password and email address should be updated.
