Add examples to ofproto/trace documentation. Particularly, I think examples for a unicast ICMP echo request+reply and an ARP request+response would be very helpful reference.

I have checked the man page of ovs-vswitchd in the fixed version, there is the example of ICMP echo request+reply and an ARP request+response. And the example works well.
