Fabiano, AFAICT the dependent bugs are on RHEL 7.3. RHEV 4.0 is released on RHEL 7.2 so technically this bug on RHEV product can't be considered fixed in 4.0 unless there are 7.2.z backports of SPICE components. Right?

The dependencies are mainly there because of the cloning I think, this bug is about the Windows builds (Component: mingw-virt-viewer), which are not impacted by whether or not the 7.3/7.2.z bits make it through, so I believe it's fine to mark this one as fixed.
