The current kernel cmd line should be reported in the cluster dialog

Verified with rhevm-4.0.2.4-0.1.el7ev.noarch.
kernel cmd line was added to vds/vds_dynamic tables in DB under kernel_args column.
Under edit host menu in UI the kernel cmd line is reported in kernel sub-menu.
