When trying to start neutron-server, it crashes upon the loading of lbaas plugin: http://paste.openstack.org/show/498502/

OpenStack version: Mitaka.
Distro: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.2
Deployment mechanism: Packstack

installed osp 9 with packstack 

LBAAS=y 

From server logs: 

016-06-15 09:37:41.667 7755 INFO neutron.manager [-] Loading Plugin: lbaas


No errors seen in logs 


[root@vmdevstack ~(keystone_admin)]# rpm -qa | grep openstack-neutron-8.1.0-
openstack-neutron-8.1.0-6.el7ost.noarch
