Screenshot of CloudForms Packages and Apple AppStore Icons

Description of problem:
The icon representing packages and applications in CloudForms looks like a copy of the Apple AppStore icon. Are we certain that we can use this icon? I cannot see it in the Patternfly Icons (https://www.patternfly.org/styles/icons/).

1. Open a VM/instance view and look at the configuration section

The attached sceenshot shows the CloudForms package icon and an Apple AppStore icon next to each other.

previous gen appstore, current packages icon, and overlapped

The attachment 1161551 [details] is side-by-side with the newest AppStore icon, but looking at a previous AppStore icon the resemblance is definitely stronger.

Verified in 5.7.0.3 Package icon doesn't look like Apple AppStore logo anymore.

One time issue. Setting qe_test_coverage flag to -.
