Perhaps in the wrong order, 0.9.4 is upcoming, but real soon (tm).
As of now, lirc-0.9.4 is in updates-testing (bundled with libirman) for f24, pushed to rawhide
Fixing heading. And changing my statement that this about all branches - it isn't. It's just for f24 and rawhide.
