Description of problem: Need to translate strings on Automate -> Requests page


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
   5.6.0.7-beta2.6

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. login with ja_JP or zh_CN locale
2. go to Automate->requests page
3. observe the status and other strings.

Actual results:
The strings are not translated.

Expected results:
All the strings should be translated.

The strings on automate->request page are localized now for ja_JP and zh_CN locales.
