Description of problem:
Can't attach network to bond.

When trying to attach network to bond, the network attached without any bootproto and setup networks failed with error:
Error while executing action: 

puma22.scl.lab.tlv.redhat.com:
Insufficient ip configuration details of Network attachment for Network n-4, Interface bond0. Boot protocol is missing.

ipv4 and ipv6 have no bootproto .

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create bond and attach network to this bond, try to approve setup networks

Actual results:
Failed with error:
