Description of problem:
The current libidn package has a non standard group of
"System/Libraries", which should probably be changed to "System
Environment/Libraries" to keep consistent with the rest of the
distribution.

libidn-0.5.4-2

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rpm -qp --qf '%{group}\n' libidn-0.5.4-2.i386.rpm
  
Actual results:
System/Libraries

Expected results:
System Environment/Libraries

None.
