Cause: Consequence: It was not possible to add new cluster in webadmin because frontend exception was thrown when "OK" button of New Cluster dialog was pressed. It appeared like "OK" doesn't react on press. Fix: Result: fixed

Description of problem:
Can't add new cluster to the latest 4.0 ovirt. 

A Uncaught exception occurred. Please try reloading the page. Details: Exception caught: (TypeError) __gwt$exception: <skipped>: Cannot read property 'k' of undefined
Please have your administrator check the UI logs
