Rebuild rhsc-monitoring-uiplugin with vm metircs in dasboard so that it can be used in Hyperconvergence scenarios.

Verified and works fine with rhsc-monitoring-uiplugin-0.2.5-1.el6rhs.noarch.

I see that a new widget named virtual machines is added to the dashboard tab showing no of vms which are up vs down. 

When one of the vm is down out of 13, virtual machines widget shows 12 / 13 UP , 1-Down.

When 2 of the vms are in paused state out of 13, virtual machines widget shows 11 / 13 UP, 2 -Paused.

When 3 out of 12 vms are in UNKNOWN/ Not Responding State , virtual machine widget shows  10 / 13 UP, 3 -Error.
