Description of problem:
There is no way to enable guest agent hooks for specific VM or whole cluster. There should be a checkbox to enable/disable this for whole cluster and enable/disable for specific VMs.

It's in the migration policy definition

OK, it's possible to enable the hooks, but I don't think it's descriptive enough. Nobody would expect to guest agent hooks be enabled by checking 'Should converge but guest may notice a pause'. I would expect a checkbox with label 'enable guest agent hooks' or something similar. (Also 'Should converge' is not very convincing)
