Try to import nodes. Result: Only a subset of nodes gets imported. Attempt to delete them gets stuck. Attempt to change the provision mode of any node gets stuck. Workaround: Restart the openstack-ironic-conductor service.

To clarify a bit the problem here. This occured because one node was stuck between changing the power state.

Hi Jay, It's in the description of the bug, we've restarted the ironic-conductor service because a node was stuck between a power state transition and then it worked.
Hi! It seems like there was a temporary situation, probably related to BMC issues. Hopefully, it's fixed now. If you wish to reopen this bug, please provide detailed information about your hardware and openstack-ironic-conductor logs.
