Description of problem:
The %post and %postun scriptlets use macros which are not defined.

gettext-0.14.1-9

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install/remove package
  
Actual results:
/var/tmp/rpm-tmp.39095: line 2: fg: no job control
error: %post(gettext-devel-0.14.1-9) scriptlet failed, exit status 1
