This bug was discussed at the 2016-06-06 blocker review meeting [1] and determined to be an AccptedFreezeException as fixing broken dependencies in frozen repositories is a good idea. [1] https://meetbot.fedoraproject.org/fedora-blocker-review/2016-06-06/f24-blocker-review.2016-06-06-16.00.txt
well, we also gave https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1346006 - which re-introduces nc6 - an FE. so I guess we don't need to push both.
qt-virt-manager-0.27.50-4.fc24 has been pushed to the Fedora 24 stable repository. If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
