Description of problem:
There is an issue in processing XML on IBM JDK. It looks like issue described in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CXF-4520 – org.picketlink.common.util.StaxUtil should probably be fixed to write namespaces firstly. org.picketlink.test.identity.federation.core.parser.wst.WSTrustRenewTargetParsingTestCase#testWST_ResponseRenew from redhat-picketlink fails on IBM JDK.
